Born and raised in Kingston, ON Canada, I always lived a life in the arts. I started writing at the age of 13, when I should have been studying math and science, or sketching characters and book covers in art class.

I graduated from University with a degree in Classical Archaeology and worked as an assistant curator in a museum. As life has many twists and turns, I found myself looking for a creative career and fell into hairstyling where I developed an onsite wedding business located in Prince Edward County.

None of my creative endeavours would be made possible without the love and support of my real life hero, my husband.
